Important Update re: Tik Tok
The woman in the viral video is in no way associated with Bogar & Associates and is clearly not Candice Bogar. Candice firmly stand against racism in any of its forms, nor would she allow anyone in her firm to be associated with it.
Our hearts go out to the gentleman in the video who experienced this woman’s hate speech.
Overnight February 24, 2023, Bogar & Associates' founding member Candace Bogar, formerly known as Karen Stampone, was falsely and illegally identified as the subject of a now-viral Tik Tok video that depicted an individual delivering a vile and racist diatribe to a restaurant worker in Hatboro, PA. This is false information and the video clearly does not involve Ms. Bogar.
Bogar & Associates and Ms. Bogar denounce and condemn racism and discrimination of all forms and have always supported equal justice for all persons regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, and all other immutable characteristics. The woman in the video should be ashamed of herself and had no affiliation with Bogar & Associates and Ms. Bogar.
